The terms that govern your rental with Rent a Car M.
1. Eligibility
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of one year of driving experience and a valid driving license. International visitors must present a passport or ID card.
2. Booking and confirmation
Reservations are confirmed by email after we acknowledge availability. No deposit is required. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability.
3. Pricing and inclusions
All daily rates include unlimited mileage, basic insurance and free delivery and pickup within Belgrade. Additional drivers, child seats and one-way drop-offs outside Belgrade may be subject to extra fees.
4. Fuel policy
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less, the difference plus a refueling fee is charged.
5. Insurance and liability
Basic insurance is included. The renter remains liable for damages caused by gross negligence, drunk driving, traffic violations or use of the vehicle outside Serbia without prior written approval.
6. Cross-border travel
Driving the vehicle outside Serbia requires prior written approval and may incur an additional fee. Some destinations are excluded.
7. Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged one day's rental.
8. Privacy
Personal data submitted via our booking and contact forms is used only to process your reservation and communicate with you about your rental. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.
